RETURN
POLICY:
You can return Hardware Products purchased
from us within 7 days from the date of receipt
for exchange or refund.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#)
number must be obtained from Language Teacher Inc. prior to the
return of
any merchandise. For an RMA# number please send us an email to
support@languageteacher.com
The goods
must be returned in the original packaging and without any
damage to hardware or software as the result
of accident, abuse, misuse or service by any other party.
Defective purchases returned for replacement will be replaced
in a timely manner with no additional expenses to you. 7% restocking fee will be applied to all
returns to compensate our credit card service loss.
The rest of the money will be fully refunded to you less the
shipping charges and $10.00
handling charge.
Language Teacher, Inc. will not accept returns without an
RMA# number, without its original
packaging and accessories
or items returned later than 7 days after
delivery.
Customer should prominently display the RMA#
number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned
product.
Return Shipping Cost (The cost you pay to send an item back to
Language Teacher, Inc.) is the same as your cost to drive
to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable.
Thus, Language Teacher, Inc. does not reimburse any
customer return shipping cost.
Software Products are not refundable and can
only be exchanged for Exact Title Only within 7 days of
receiving the product
